Payment Terms

Ongoing investment of $1,000 +GST every 12months after.

This ACE Digital subscription package is also available as an ongoing monthly payment of $99 (+gst).  

Please ask if this is your preferred option.

If paying annually, subscription and set up charges (if applicable) will be charged in the month of approval.

If paying monthly, the first monthly charge plus total set up charges (if applicable) will billed in the month of approval.

Terms and Conditions 

Our ‘Managed’ website build option is fully managed by ACE Digital with four major updates per year included. We can do further content updates as you need outside of this inclusion, with these being quoted on a case by case basis. Additional updates cost $150 an hour.

Once the initial subscription payment is made any elements of text, graphics, photos, contents, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to your business for inclusion in the website are owned by you.

AE Digital assumes you have permission from the rightful owner to use any images or design elements that are provided by your business for inclusion in the website, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend ACE Digital from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements.

ACE Digital retains the right to display graphics and other Web content elements as examples of their work in their portfolio and as content features in other projects. 

ACE Digital also retains the right to place a discreet text link at the bottom of the website page(s).

The agreement contained in this contract constitutes the sole agreement between ACE Digital and your business regarding all items included in this agreement.

ACE Digital requires your approval on the final designs before the development of the website begins. Once the designs/layouts have been approved, any changes to the approved design after the site has been deployed will fall inside the 4 major updates you receive each year.

If a client deliverable such as content supply or approval is late by more than 15 business days the project will be considered “on hold.” 

Once the deliverable is received and the project is re-activated it will be rescheduled based on ACE Digital’s current workload and availability. 

We cannot guarantee that your project will regain its place in our workflow which could result in overall project delays. 

This package does not include email account setup.
