With a combined 40+ years experience as Hotel / Motel business operators and Hotel / Motel & Caravan Park Brokers, the Mcdonald family decided to branch out on their own and become a Brokers company specialising hospitality businesses and property. 

McDonald Hospitality Brokers (MHB) reached out to ACE Digital to help get their businesses brand off the ground. From full branding creation including style guides and branding elements to an interactive website with the ability explore full property listing and integrate with sites such as https://www.commercialrealestate.com.au/ to easily keep property content constant across all online platforms, we were able to keep the process as easy as possible to manage. 

The website also includes an interactive data room called the “Client Portal” which provides users access to additional insights for the commercial listings. The Client Portal provides a more streamlined and automated approach to onboarding users who wish to a more in depth look at commercial listings, in turn significantly reducing the time spent onboarding potential buyers. 

Client have the ability to access Client Portal via a website onboarding form. The user is required to submit their personal details, sign a CA Form and to verify their access via a 2 Factor Authentication system as part of the approval process. Once a user has successfully signed up for access to the Client Portal, and their account approved internally, they are granted access to the additional data for commercial listings that could not otherwise be accessed.
